Two St. John Properties Projects Recognized at 2024 NAIOP Maryland Awards of Excellence

The NAIOP-MD Awards of Excellence celebrates the highest quality and most innovative achievements in commercial real estate and honors the regional developers, companies and individuals who service the CRE industry in Maryland.

NAIOP Maryland has nearly 400 members and is comprised of individuals working for real estate development companies, brokerage firms and affiliated companies such as financial institutions, architectural firms, and engineers.

The organization is the nation’s leading trade association for developers, owners, investors and other professionals in industrial, office and mixed-use commercial real estate. Comprising 20,000 members in chapters throughout North America, the organization provides networking opportunities, educational programs, research on trends and innovations and strong legislative representation.

St. John Properties took home two project-focused awards and one individual award, highlighting our talented on-house development, construction, leasing and design teams.

The Chesapeake Veterinary Referral Center (CVRC) at Yorkridge Center North in Cockeysville is a 45,956 square foot specialty veterinary hospital and emergency center that houses six separate practice groups and 150 employees. CVRC provides care for dogs and cats, including cardiology, surgery, internal medicine, neurology, eye care, and rehabilitative services. The space also includes an emergency clinic open twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.

The two-story, 50,400 square foot Class ‘A’ office building was constructed atop a two-level parking garage with integrated lobby.
