Carroll County New Development Award: Liberty Exchange

“Carroll County is proud to recognize St. John Properties with a New Development award for Liberty Exchange, a modern new business park in Eldersburg. The 225,000 square foot park was constructed on a 40-acre underutilized parcel of industrially zoned land on MD 26.

The park is well positioned to attract business development opportunities in the highly desired southern part of the County. The park blends office and flex space and is complemented by amenity retail uses. Design and construction techniques were implemented for LEED certification and energy efficiencies. St. John Properties has experienced strong leasing interest in the project, which will trigger the construction of the future buildings.”
