Established in 1984, St. John Properties’ Partner-in-Training Program educates and trains individuals in every aspect of the real estate development process.
Over a four-year period, trainees are mentored in site selection, acquisitions, development, design, construction, leasing, marketing, and property management. Once they complete the program, the partner opens a new St. John Properties regional office in a location that is viewed as a major growth area.
