St. John Properties, Inc. Promotes Crystal Halstead DelBorrell to Director of Property Administration and Maintenance Coordination
BALTIMORE (August 17, 2017) – St. John Properties, Inc., a Baltimore-based real estate development and management company, has promoted Crystal Halstead DelBorrell to Director of Property Administration and Maintenance Coordination. Formerly Property Management Assistant, Ms. DelBorrell has worked with the company since 2004.
In her new role, Ms. DelBorrell will support the day-to-day operations of the company’s national portfolio of more than 18 million square feet of commercial office, flex/R&D, retail and warehouse space which is managed by a staff of more than 40 property management employees. This includes tracking building repair and maintenance requests from clients that lease space from St. John Properties, managing workflow to assure quick service response times and following up on work orders, as well as property and lease administration. She will also assist in the coordination of client move-ins and expansions while acting as a liaison with the company and outside vendors.
