St. John Properties Promotes Archie Pantoja to Vice President, Information Technology

BALTIMORE, MD – St. John Properties, Inc. has promoted Archie Pantoja to Vice President, Information Technology. Pantoja, who joined the company in 2019, previously served as Assistant Vice President, Information Technology and brings more than 25 years of expertise to the position.

In his role, Pantoja leads a team of professionals responsible for supporting the technological needs of more than 300 St. John Properties employees nationwide. He oversees the company’s network infrastructure, enterprise systems, cybersecurity protocols, and new technology implementation across its Baltimore headquarters and 15 regional offices.
Pantoja works closely with team members across every department to identify and implement digital solutions that improve efficiency, streamline processes and minimize technology-related interruptions. He is also leading the company’s adoption of advanced artificial intelligence tools and other emerging platforms designed to support St. John Properties’ continued growth.
Pantoja began his career with St. John Properties as Network/Systems Administrator and has continually expanded his responsibilities as the company’s technology needs and national footprint have grown. He earned a degree in Organizational Communication from De La Salle University in Manila, Philippines. Pantoja also volunteers his time as a youth baseball and basketball coach with several teams throughout Carroll County.
