BALTIMORE, MD – St. John Properties, Inc., a Baltimore-based full-service commercial real estate development and management company, has announced the promotion of Danielle Valenzia to Accounts Payable Supervisor; Melissa Henderson to Accounting Manager; and Caitlyn Neimiller to Senior Accountant.

Valenzia processes all invoices emanating from each department within the company and each of the 16 regional offices situated across the country. Formerly an Accounts Payable Specialist, she joined St. John Properties in 2001 and has been instrumental in streamlining the company’s accounts payable process through integrated software and technologies.

Formerly a Senior Staff Accountant, Henderson has worked for the company since 2003. She manages the overall cash processes for St. John Properties’ national portfolio and serves as the liaison for all corporate banking activities. Henderson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from George Mason University.

Neimiller joined the company in 2015 and was formerly a Staff Accountant. Her responsibilities include supporting and preparing financial statements, annual budgets, partnership reporting, and tax workpapers, along with the processing of various state and federal tax remittances. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland, College Park.
