Ms. Shelton joined St. John Properties in 2024, She oversees all human resources-related initiatives for the company’s regional offices nationwide, with a focus on talent acquisition and retention, on-boarding programs, annual performance reviews, and training and professional development. Ms. Shelton earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Towson University, and holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification.
