BALTIMORE (August 19, 2010) – Praemittias Group Inc. (PGI), a Denver, Colorado-based defense contractor with offices in Northern Virginia, Tennessee and Florida, has signed a lease with St. John Properties, Inc. for 10,800 square feet of space at 980 Mercantile Drive in Arundel Overlook. The 68-acre business community in Anne Arundel County, when completed, will feature approximately 313,000 square feet of R&D/flex space. The company joins 3Di Technologies – which leased 9000 square feet of space at the park last year – as the second defense contracting firm to select Arundel Overlook based on its proximity to Fort George G. Meade to satisfy Base Realignment And Closure (BRAC)-related activities. Praemittias intends to move 30 employees into the new space by this fall.

PGI specializes in unique systems integration, advanced training and specialized staffing with a focus on asymmetric warfare.

Positioned near the intersection of MD Routes 100 and 295 (Baltimore-Washington Parkway), Arundel Overlook consists of four single-story flex/office buildings totaling approximately 160,000 square feet of space. The business community is located adjacent to the Arundel Mills shopping mall and is situated just two miles from BWI Airport.
