BALTIMORE (January 21, 2015) – Pro Transport, Inc., a privately-owned transportation and logistics company serving industries throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, has signed a lease with St. John Properties, Inc. for 51,120 square feet of space at 11630 Crossroads Circle, a single-story R&D/flex office building contained within Baltimore Crossroads in the White Marsh area of Baltimore County. Pro Transport will relocate its operations from its current location at 11600 Crossroads Circle, upon completion of the building this spring. Baltimore Crossroads is a master-planned 1,200 acre mixed-use business community configured to support more than five million square feet of commercial office, R&D/flex office, warehouse, industrial and retail space, as well as two hotels and a residential component. The project is positioned near the intersection of MD Route 43 and Interstate 95 in the eastern section of Baltimore County.

11630 Crossroads Circle is a 51,120 square foot single-story R&D/flex office building featuring 16 foot ceiling heights with dock and drive-in loading capabilities. The building, which is being constructed to satisfy LEED-Gold requirements for energy efficiency and conservation.
