Valley Grove I, a six-story, 165,000 square foot Class ‘A’ building is at the heart of a growing business community in Pleasant Grove. St. John Properties, a full-service commercial real estate development and investment company operating in eight states, is the developer and owner of Valley Grove.

At final build-out, the 60-acre Valley Grove business community is configured to support more than one million square feet of Class ‘A’ high-rise and mid-rise commercial office product, as well as single-story office space, retail space, a full-service hotel and pad sites designed for free-standing restaurants and other uses including a financial institution or urgent care facility. The business community is situated off Interstate 15 and is 12 miles from Provo, 34 miles from Salt Lake City and 38 miles from Salt Lake City International Airport.
