St. John Properties Promotes Michelle Van Newkirk to Assistant Vice President, Contracts
BALTIMORE, MD (December 1, 2022) – St. John Properties, Inc., a commercial real estate firm which has developed more than 22 million square feet of space and is active in nine states, has promoted Michelle Van Newkirk to Assistant Vice President, Contracts. Formerly Director of Contracts, she has worked for the company since 2006.
In her continuing role, Michelle will support the activities of the acquisition department with the drafting and implementation of transactional documents related to the acquisition or sale of real estate assets. She also oversees a team of professionals who handle research activities to access property deeds and other pertinent information needed to close transactions.

Michelle earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Towson University, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree, with a concentration in Legal Studies, from University of Maryland University College.
