BALTIMORE, MD (October 1, 2020) – St. John Properties, Inc., a Baltimore-based full-service commercial real estate development and investment company, has announced the promotion of Virginia (Ginny) Spivey to Senior Property  Manager. Ms. Spivey has worked with the company since 2016 and was formerly Property Manager.

In her continuing role with the company, Ms. Spivey will take the lead on supervising daily property and asset management functions for a portion of the St. John Properties portfolio of Class ‘A’ commercial office, flex/R&D and retail space situated within Howard, Carroll and Baltimore Counties in Maryland. This includes maintaining best-in-class interior and exterior work environments to meet the needs of clients, overseeing pro-active capital improvement programs and interacting regularly with clients to assure complete client satisfaction.

Ms. Spivey has more than 15 years of real estate and property management experience having held previous positions with First Washington Realty, Concord Eastridge and Thornhill Properties. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington College and a Masters in Real Estate from The Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School.
