BALTIMORE, MD (June 25, 2020) – St. John Properties, Inc., a Baltimore-based full-service commercial real estate development and investment company, has announced the promotion of Dustin Lynch to Senior Project Manager in the Interior Construction division. Mr. Lynch has worked with the company since 2012 and was formerly Project Manager.

Mr. Lynch will continue in his role managing various interior construction build-out projects for clients throughout St. John Properties’ portfolio in the Maryland region. This includes managing all day-to-day activities on-site, functioning as the main point of contact with third-party subcontractors, interacting with clients during the build-out process and assuming responsibility for project budgets, schedules and safety protocols.  Mr. Lynch earned a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from Virginia Tech.
