St. John Properties Acquires Two-Story 35,000 Square Foot Office Building in Mequon, Wisconsin

MEQUON, WI (May 24, 2022) – St. John Properties, Inc., a full-service commercial real estate development and management company which has operated a regional office in Wisconsin since 1987, has acquired 10375 N Baldev Court, a two-story building containing 35,654 square feet of commercial office space in Mequon. The building, located near the intersection of W Donges Bay Road and N Baehr Road, was purchased at auction with no sales price revealed. St. John Properties has developed more than 1.7 million square feet of commercial real estate in the Madison and Milwaukee areas of Wisconsin, including nearly 200,000 square feet in Mequon.

Delivered in 2005, 10375 N Baldev Court was designed with an all-brick exterior and two-story atrium, and is surrounded by a generous surface parking lot. Featuring immediate access to Interstates 41 and 43, the building is located approximately 14 miles from Milwaukee, and is within close proximity to numerous restaurants, retail stores and hotels. Additional nearby amenities include Walmart, Foxton Brewing, Ozaukee Country Club, North Shore Country Club and Milwaukee Country Club. Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport is approximately 20 miles from the site, and monument and pylon signage for the building are located along Donges Bay Road.
