BALTIMORE, MD (November 20, 2015) – Grand opening festivities were recently held for Royal Farms Store #193 at BWI Tech Park II in Linthicum Heights. The event was attended by a number of local officials including Anne Arundel County Councilman Pete Smith; Anne Arundel County Delegates Pamela Beidle and Mark Chang; and representatives from the office of County Executive Steve Schuh.

Currently, BWI Techology Park II is comprised of one flex building and a 13,000 square foot inline retail building. Retail tenants include Urban Bar-B-Que and El Toro Bravo. On completion, BWI Techn Park II will inlcude three additional flex buildings and two multi-story office buildings.
