BALTIMORE (September 12, 2011) – St. John Properties, Inc., a Baltimore-based real estate development and management company, has promoted Jennifer Sychuk to Assistant Vice President, Finance/Asset Management. Ms. Sychuk has worked for the company since 2002.

Ms. Sychuk’s responsibilities include assisting with project financing for the firm’s commercial office, R&D/flex, retail and warehouse real estate portfolio, which consists of more than 15 million square feet of space. She also is responsible for financial analysis and valuation activities for the Company’s assets, including property acquisitions and sales, and she works with outside vendors such as financial institutions, real estate appraisers and accounting firms.

Ms. Sychuk earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Villanova University and a Master of Science degree in Real Estate from the Edward St. John Real Estate Program at the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School. She is also enrolled in a Graduate Accounting Certificate program at the University of Baltimore. Ms. Sychuk resides in Perry Hall with her husband.
