MILWAUKEE, WIDremel Power Tools has signed a lease with St. John Properties, Inc. for 8,758 square feet of space at Mt. Pleasant Commerce Center, a mixed-use business community in Racine County, Wisconsin containing just over 200,000 square feet of flex/R&D and office space. Founded in 1932 by Albert J. Dremel, the company recently relocated approximately 20 employees to 13203 Globe Drive to establish a corporate call center. The site is less than nine miles from Batten International Airport and twenty-five miles from Milwaukee.
