Crab Cake Cafè to Open Inaugural Fast-Casual Restaurant at Annapolis Technology Park

BALTIMORE, MD (May 15, 2012) – Crab Cake Café, a division of Jerry’s Seafood, has selected Annapolis Technology Park as the site of its new fast-casual and drive-thru dining concept. The 1,329 square foot restaurant is scheduled to open later this month. Annapolis Technology Park, a project of St. John Properties, Inc. located at 2641 Riva Road in Annapolis, is a 29-acre mixed-use business community at the intersection of Riva Road and Harry S Truman Parkway, adjacent to US Route 50.

Jerry’s Seafood, which operates two full-service restaurants in the suburban Washington, D.C. marketplace, is launching Crab Cake Café (www.crabcakecafe.com) with menu items in an affordable price range, made from scratch daily. The restaurant plans to offer a variety of crab cake sandwiches, including the traditional Maryland-style, as well as a New Orleans sandwich which is prepared with andouille sausage, okra red onion, green bell pepper and a spicy remoulade sauce.
