Alex Lyons Promoted to Acquisitions Representative
BALTIMORE, MD (September 10, 2019) – St. John Properties, Inc., a Baltimore-based full-service commercial real estate development and investment company, has promoted Alex Lyons to Acquisitions Representative. Mr. Lyons has worked for the company since 2016 and was formerly an Interior Construction Project Manager.
In his new role, Mr. Lyons will assist in the identification and evaluation of real estate investment opportunities on behalf of the company. This includes involvement with comprehensive due diligence efforts undertaken in the property and site analysis process, transaction negotiations, and closing activities. Potential St. John Properties acquisitions include Flex/R&D, office, and industrial space; retail centers and shopping malls; multifamily buildings; land holdings and joint venture opportunities.

Mr. Lyons earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering and a Bachelor of Management for Engineers from Bucknell University. He also furthered his education by earning a Master of Science in Real Estate and Infrastructure from the Edward St. John Real Estate Program at the Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School.
