Mr. McFaul joined St. John Properties in 2014. He is responsible for overseeing a dedicated team of property management professionals and all property management activities in the company’s Greater Baltimore-Washington portfolio. Mr. McFaul spent the previous twenty-five years with two national REITs and most recently served as Divisional Vice President for a commercial real estate firm in the Washington, DC Metro area. Mr. McFaul holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and a M.B.A. in Finance from Loyola University Maryland.
