Mr. Nelson, who joined St. John Properties in 2009, oversees the company’s Interior Construction department and manages all tenant build-out activities. Mr. Nelson earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Architecture with a concentration in Urban Studies and City Planning from Columbia University in New York City. He serves as a mentor on the Urban Land Institute’s Partnership Forum for the Maryland chapter and is an active member of NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association.
