Mr. Halula, who joined St. John Properties in 2021, develops and oversees the execution of corporate protocols designed to heighten safety awareness among employees. Mr. Halula earned dual Bachelor degrees in Accounting and Safety, Health and Environmental Applied Sciences from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He also holds Construction Health and Safety Technician and Certified Safety Professional certifications, is an OSHA Authorized Outreach Trainer in Construction, and has a Graduate Safety Practitioner designation.
