Lawrence Maykrantz

Mr. Maykrantz has been with St. John Properties since 1982. He held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Financial officer prior to his appointment as President and CEO in March 2011. He oversees day-to-day functions of St. John Properties, with specific responsibilities including all phases of development, asset management, marketing, leasing and financial operations. Mr. Maykrantz holds a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, an M.B.A. from the University of Baltimore, and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Maryland. In 2026 he received the CREDA Maryland Lifetime Achievement Award, recognizing his accomplishments in acquisition and disposition, development, and investments, as well as his continued support of CREDA Maryland and the commercial real estate community.
