Mr. Andrew joined St. John Properties in 2022 and oversees all in-house property management activities across the company’s Baltimore-area real estate portfolio. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Alfred Lerner College of Business and Economics at the University of Delaware, a Master of Science degree in Real Estate and Infrastructure from the Edward St. John Real Estate Program at the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School, and is also a Certified Public Accountant.
