Ms. Halstead, who joined St. John Properties in 2004, oversees the day-to-day property management operations of the company’s Baltimore metropolitan area real estate portfolio. Ms. Halstead earned an Associate of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education from Frederick Community College and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of Phoenix.
