Mr. Kilgore joined St. John Properties in 2019 and leads the Base Building Construction team including day-to-day management of ground-up construction activities for the company’s commercial office, flex/R&D, retail, and industrial/warehouse portfolio located throughout the Northern Virginia and Central Maryland region. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park and also studied at the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia.
