Lease elevates occupancy in 31,850 square foot bulk warehouse building to 100%

BALTIMORE (October 17, 2018) – Restaurant supply company TriMark Adams-Burch has signed a lease with St. John Properties, Inc. for 22,750 square feet of space within 2009 Beaver Road in the Hyattsville section of Prince George’s County, Maryland. Stephanie Caronna of St. John Properties represented the landlord in this transaction.

2009 Beaver Road, a single-story bulk warehouse building featuring 31,850 square feet of space, is situated adjacent to 2013 Beaver Road, a 16,554 square foot bulk warehouse building that combine for nearly 50,000 square feet of total space. Both projects are equipped with 22 foot clear ceiling heights and loading docks, and are surrounded by a free surface parking lot. They are positioned within close proximity to MD Route 202/50 with the downtown Washington, D.C. located approximately seven miles away.

The company is among the largest wholesale distributor of food service equipment and supplies in the Mid-Atlantic region, serving restaurants, hotels and resorts, catering companies, hospitals, retirement communities and educational institutions. Product categories include equipment and furniture, kitchenware, chemicals and disposables. TriMark Adams-Burch is utilizing this building for warehouse and logistics operations to support the company’s headquarters in Landover.
