We are actively recruiting Melford Town Center tenants to participate in this event. Please complete the Vendor Interest Form if you are interested.

This event will be held along Lake Melford Avenue between Melford Boulevard and Curie Drive, and is scheduled for Thursday, May 21, 2026 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the Melford Town Center mixed-use community in Bowie, MD.

The event is open to all Melford tenants and their employees, as well as Melford residents, and will feature food trucks and live performances.

Event Details

This is an outdoor event
Vendors must provide their own equipment, including tent, tables, chairs, etc.
Vendor spaces are 10×10. Tents may not extend beyond 10 ft. deep and must be anchored with at least 24 lbs. weights on each leg
No soliciting is permitted outside of your designated space
Spaces will be assigned in an attempt to honor specific requests; however, St. John Properties reserves the right to make all final space assignments and change spaces as deemed necessary
Vendors will be notified when/if their participation is approved
In the event of inclement weather, the event will be rescheduled
This event is hosted by St. John Properties and the Melford Town Center property management team
