Mr. Holzman, who joined St. John Properties in 2007, oversees the leasing and marketing efforts for the retail portfolio in Maryland, Northern Virginia and Harrisburg Mall. Mr. Holzman also assists in retail site acquisition activities and site layout strategies. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Emory University and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Baltimore School of Law.
