Company relocates nearly 20 employees to business community, developed and owned by St. John Properties, Inc., to establish new call center
MILWAUKEE, WI – Dremel Power Tools has signed a lease with St. John Properties, Inc. for 8,758 square feet of space at Mt. Pleasant Commerce Center, a mixed-use business community in Racine County, Wisconsin containing just over 200,000 square feet of flex/R&D and office space. Founded in 1932 by Albert J. Dremel, the company recently relocated approximately 20 employees to 13203 Globe Drive to establish a corporate call center. Pleasant Commerce Center is a five-building business community situated within an 18-acre site near the intersection of WI Route 20 (Washington Avenue) and Interstate 94/41, and features an amenity basketball / pickleball court. 13203 Globe Drive is a single-story building containing 39,080 square feet of flex/R&D space featuring 16-foot ceiling heights and dock and drive-in loading. The site is less than nine miles from Batten International Airport and twenty-five miles from Milwaukee.
