Information technology company serving the medical and healthcare industries signs 10,567 square foot lease with St. John Properties and will move from Anne Arundel County this fall

BALTIMORE, MD (June 15, 2021) – Peake Technology Partners, a healthcare technology company presently located in Anne Arundel County, has signed a lease with St. John Properties, Inc. for 10,567 square feet of space within Melford Town Center and plans to relocate approximately 35 employees to Prince George’s County this fall. The group also expects to hire an additional 15 employees upon its move to the 466-acre mixed-use community, situated at the intersection of US Route 50 and MD Route 3/301 in Bowie. Bill Jautze of St. John Properties represented the landlord and John Rosso of Rosso Commercial represented the client in this transaction.

Peake Technology Partners provides information technology support to privately-owned medical systems including IT operations, security risk assessments, providing HIPPA-compliant telephone systems, private cloud solutions, hosted Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) technology and telemedicine services.

The mixed-use community contains a Courtyard by Marriott hotel, with plans to add more than 85,000 square feet of retail space and residential units in the future.
