BALTIMORE, MD (November 13, 2020) – St. John Properties, Inc., a Baltimore-based full-service commercial real estate development and investment company, has announced the promotion of Jennifer Hearn to Associate Development Manager, Southern Maryland. Formerly Development Coordinator, she has worked for the company since 2017.

Ms. Hearn will continue in her role with the company in support of day-to-day real estate development activities executed throughout the Southern Maryland region. This includes managing a range of due diligence, property entitlement and permitting activities required in advance of construction programs. Ms. Hearn will also interact with public officials and support staff to complete government relations activities and manage the efforts of a team of outside vendors engaged in the development process.

With more than eight years of real estate-related experience, Ms. Hearn previously worked for JLL and Silo Ridge Ventures. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Environmental Studies from St. Lawrence University and also studied Sustainable Development at the Danish Institute for Study Abroad.
