Richard Williamson of St. John Properties, Inc. Appointed to Baltimore Washington Medical Center Board of Directors
BALTIMORE (September 21, 2012) – Richard Williamson, Senior Vice President, Leasing for St. John Properties, Inc., has been appointed to the Baltimore Washington Medical Center Board of Directors. The 307-bed hospital located in Anne Arundel County is affiliated with the University of Maryland Medical System and is among the largest medical centers in the State of Maryland.
Since 1993, Mr. Williamson has been responsible for leasing activities of a ten million square foot portfolio of commercial office, R&D/flex and warehouse space throughout Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Carroll, Harford, Howard and Prince George’s counties and Baltimore City. He is also a member of the Board of Directors for the BWI Business Partnership, a local economic development and transportation management association.
